Hello all fellow, couple days ago am found very interesting fact in my Chef Office about the group of the Food. Hope it may give you an idea more . Enjoy the Cooking

  1. FOREVER HEALTY -- TOP 15                                                                                                      Apples, Mangoes ( Vitamin C and A) , Watermelon, Fresh or Frozen Berries ( served with Plain Yoghurt), Dried Plums, Prune, Leafy Green Cabbage, Beetroot, Sweet Potatoes ( Rich in Vitamin C ), Broccoli ( Vitamin C,K, and Folic Acid), Cinnamon ( Blood Pressure and Cholesterol ), Crispbreads ( Loaded with Fiber and Fat Free ), Pomegranate juice ( Blood Pressure and anti Oxidants ), Pumpkin seeds ( Live Longer ), Turmeric ( The superstar of Spices - Mix with Scrambled Eggs or in Vagetable Dishes ).
